We aim to develop an Eclipse 3 plug-in that will allow Globus Toolkit 4 programmers to develop WSRF Java Web Services easily, by providing an environment that seamlessly integrates all the steps from coding to deployment. GT4IDE is currently in alpha phase, and thus lacks a lot of features and is not fit for use in production environments. However, we encourage potential users to download the current alpha release to test it and provide feedback (bug reports and feature requests are gladly welcome).

Although the development of the plug-in is currently lead by Borja Sotomayor and developers at the University of Deusto (Bilbao, Spain), we hope other developers will join our quest for a user-friendly GT4 development environment!
