GT4IDE deprecated

The  GT4IDE Eclipse plugin, available as part of the GSBT project, is now officially deprecated. This has been a de facto situation for a while, since the plugin has not been updated in over a year, and there are no developers actively working on it. Users are encouraged to take a look at the Introduce and GDTE projects, two development tools for the Globus Toolkit (recently admitted to the Globus Incubator) which provide all the features offered in GT4IDE and many, many more.
